Please have fun with this new workout! Please be on the lookout for some Field Day information from me which Mrs. Vitulli will be sending out! If students/families participate & keep a copy of the "scorecard" or take photos of the events being done, I will give out some PE passes in the fall as a reward! Just remember to stay active!!

I have been researching some websites that may be fun & energetic for my K-3 students. Here are some of them to check out:
BoosterthonCharacter.com - Go to the fitness section & check out some of the exercises there!! They are fun & funny all at the same time!! I'd suggest more than 2 minutes, however! How about at least 15 minutes? I know my students can do that!! Send me videos of you exercising or getting outside to do some physical activity!! I'd love to see some videos or photos of you being active!!
Cosmic Kids Yoga on Youtube - I watched the Frozen Yoga Adventure & the Popcorn & the Pirates Yoga Adventure. These are fun, pretty easy, & entertaining all at the same time!!
Storyhive Yoga for Kids on Youtube
Send those photos and/or videos to my email address! Can't wait to see them! [email protected]
